I've got the toast ready, now before I cook them does anyone know what these wild mushrooms are called, and more importantly, are they safe to eat?  I might just have to spread jam on the toast instead....we'll see!

Just felt like a little bit of colour today, so why not red, hey who knows, it might just brighten up any MUFC fans who are still feeling a little down today.

#fivedayquest - day 5

Who lives in a house like that?  Walking, again, this time out for the day in a local park with my wife and a good friend making hay whilst the sun shines, which, if the weather forecast can be believed wont last for too long.  Not a particularly strong image but a nice memory of today's stroll.

#FiveDayQuest - Day 4

Raindrops

Sheltering in a garden centre from the rain today and so I thought it quite appropriate to capture something that would remind me of where I was and also what the weather was like at the time!

The #fivedayquest  aims to get you to shoot something simple everyday from your life for the next 5 days and tag someone who will hopefully join in the fun.  Today I would like to tag my food buddy +The Tuck Shop but I better be prepared to see a lot of food appearing in my stream if he takes up the challenge!

I was out for my daily walk this morning through the local woods and it sure was a nice walk, I even met an old friend who I haven't seen in getting on 10 years - Yay!  I try and walk 4 or 5 miles each day dependent on the weather as I find it quite relaxing with plenty of time to mull things over.  The weather isn't very pleasant today but luckily I just managed to get home before the clouds burst open and drenched me.   #thinkpositive

I would like to tag +Kev Isabeth today and challenge him to join the fun, come on Kev, show us what you've got (not literally mind you!).

Yes I know +Andy Gray it could actually be classed as Day 2, but hey who's counting, certainly not me!

#Fivedayquest - Day 2

Rather strange day today as I was asked to take some indoor images for my daughter who is selling her home, now this is not on my usual agenda but it is in line with the theme of the #fivedayquest which  is to post an image for 5 days featuring something from our regular lives.

+Andy Gray  tagged me in to this quest and today I'd like to invite +Mark HELM  because I haven't spoken to him via a hangout in a longwhile but do like to follow his stream here on G+.  Hope that is OK with Mark!

I've been waiting for someone to give me a proverbial kick up the rear end for much too long now and good old +Andy Gray was the one has stood up to the challenge and pushed me into action.  I've been missing from Google+ for several months as life has just got in the way, and I suppose I have been happy to let it but I have been missing some good friends here on G+ and so this push to action from Andy with the #fivedayquest  is just the kick I need - thanks Andy.

I thought I would start the quest with a shot of where I've been, namely looking instead of shooting, but hey you have to start somewhere!

Oh dear I've just been in to #TheTuckShop  in Denton and tasted some of their range of sweets,  mmmmmmmmmmmmm delicious.  Won't be long before I'm back in their again, hope my dentist doesn't see me as his surgery is just nearby, gulp.

The Tuck Shop is a pop up shop in Denton, Tameside and stocks a great range of sugery goodness, not been as excited about sweets for a long time, hehe
